New Nottingham Forest head coach Nuno was warm towards Morgan Gibbs-White when he came off the pitch against Bournemouth at the City Ground on Saturday.
That is according to The Athletic journalist Paul Taylor, who has also noted how the Forest fans reacted when Gibbs-White was getting substituted.
So, what has been reported about Nottingham Forest, Nuno and Morgan Gibbs-White? Let’s take a look.
Nottingham Forest controversially lost to Bournemouth
Well, Nottingham Forest suffered a 3-2 defeat at the hands of Bournemouth at the City Ground in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.
It was a hugely controversial game. Forest had defender Willy Boly sent off midway through the first half.
Then just minutes later the Reds had a strong penalty appeal turned down.

Forest played bravely with 10 men and even took the lead in the opening minutes of the second half, but it was Bournemouth who picked up all three points in the end.
Dominic Solanke scored in the fourth minute of injury time to help the Cherries to a 3-2 victory. The striker bagged a hat-trick.
Praise for Morgan Gibbs-White
Morgan Gibbs-White started the match for Forest. The midfielder was a regular in the first team under Steve Cooper, and the 23-year-old kept his place in the side under new manager Nuno.
As you can see below, The Athletic journalist Paul Taylor has noted on X that Gibbs-White worked hard for the team and got a hug from Nuno when he was coming off.
The Forest fans at the City Ground were also appreciative of the effort that the former Wolverhampton Wanderers midfielder put in.
It is quite significant that Nuno was warm towards Gibbs-White. The duo worked together at Wolverhampton Wanderers.
A recent report claimed that Nuno had three major issues with the midfielder during his time at Wolves, including not adapting to his system.
Against Bournemouth, Gibbs-White was deployed in the centre of a three-man attacking midfield in a 4-2-3-1 formation. He came off in the third minute of injury time.
The midfielder played three key passes, had a pass accuracy of 85.3%, won three headers, took 51 touches, attempted two dribbles, and put in seven crosses.
