Nottingham Forest don’t want to sell Orel Mangala during the January transfer window.
This has come courtesy of Sacha Tavolieri.
So, what has the transfer guru said about Forest midfielder Mangala? Let’s take a closer look…
Nottingham Forest don’t want to sell Orel Mangala
Well, it would appear that Forest are adamant that they don’t want to lose their Belgian midfielder this month.
It’s already been claimed that Mangala has now agreed personal terms with Napoli ahead of a possible move.
The challenge, however, is for the two clubs to agree on something and that could be problematic.
Now, according to Sacha Tavolieri, the Reds don’t want to lose their midfielder this month amid some financial regulations being breached.

Mangala signed for Forest in the summer of 2022 for a fee in the region of £12 million.
Against Blackpool in midweek, Mangala fetched up 50 appearances for Forest and he’s proving important to Nuno Espirito Santo.
Forest can’t afford to sell midfielder – but they could be powerless
At 25, Mangala is not only proving important to Forest but he’s been a regular for Belgium recently too.
With the European Championships on the horizon, the player will want to keep playing regularly – with Forest or without.
Darren Fletcher previously raved about Mangala, calling him ‘wonderful’ after his goal against Aston Villa in November.
At the moment Ibrahim Sangare is playing at the African Cup of Nations and Forest are short in midfield.
However, the club could be powerless to prevent Mangala from leaving if he holds a desire to leave.
In the coming days, there could be a conversation to be had between Nuno Espirito Santo and Mangala.
Hopefully, a resolution can be found and it involves Mangala staying at Forest at least until the end of the season.
