Borussia Dortmund head coach Edin Terzic has offered Nottingham Forest a huge setback in the quest to sign Gio Reyna.
The Bundesliga boss has been speaking to Bild.
So, what has Terzic said about Forest and the interest in Reyna? Let’s take a closer look…
What Edin Terzic has said about Gio Reyna amid Forest links
Well, it would appear as though the reports linking Reyna with a move away from Dortmund might be somewhat premature.
Boss Terzic has been quizzed on the 21-year-old after he came on for Dortmund during yesterday’s 3-1 win over Bochum.
It would appear as though the head coach is keen to keep the American and hopes to have him available beyond the transfer window.

Terzic told Bild: “I expect him to be available to me on Friday.”
Reyna has found regular football tricky to come by this season and it was thought Forest were going to win the race.
Over the weekend, it was suggested that Reyna was keen on a move to Forest and in fairness, that might still be the case.
Forest need to get a winger sorted before Thursday deadline
If a move to sign Reyna is off the agenda for Forest, then the club needs to get busy and find an alternative option.
Earlier today, Ismaila Sarr was linked to Forest and perhaps he’s the man identified as another option if the American isn’t possible.
Reyna would have been an ideal signing at the City Ground, with his profile befitting of the type of player Forest would love to sign.
However, it would appear as though Terzic is a big fan of the player and perhaps more game time is around the corner.
Forest are leaving no stone unturned in the quest to add more players to the squad ahead of the business end of the season.
In our view, Forest are going to get something done before the deadline and Reyna remains one to watch – even if Terzic suggests otherwise.
