Nottingham Forest are now close to the signing of Gio Reyna from Dortmund and there will be a buy option included.
This update comes from Florian Plettenberg.
So, what has the journalist said about Reyna and his move to Forest? Let’s take a closer look…
Florian Plettenberg explains how much Forest can buy Gio Reyna for
Well, it would seem as though this deal is close to fruition and could be completed later today.
According to Florian Plettenberg, the Reds will fork out his entire salary and will have the option to buy him for between £13 and £18 million in the summer.

Reyna is heading to Forest to complete the formalities of his deal to sign for Forest and everything should be sorted ahead of the deadline.
The Reds go to Bournemouth on Sunday and ultimately, Forest need to get back to winning ways pretty quickly.
Reyna will strengthen Forest out wide and as a capable number 10, he can also provide some competition for Morgan Gibbs-White too.
Forest will hope international can show star quality
In our view, this looks like a really strong piece of business from a Forest perspective. Furthermore, it seems as though it’s a deal that Nuno Espirito Santo is on board with.
Reyna has fallen out of favour at Dortmund this season and it’s not really a surprise that the Bundesliga giants are sanctioning an exit.
The 21-year-old has had his injury problems in recent seasons and that’s perhaps a small concern.
It does seem like good business from a Forest perspective to get an option to buy Reyna included. If the Reds do stay up, that will definitely be something to look at.
Now, Forest will focus their attention on other areas in the squad ahead of tomorrow’s transfer deadline.
