Well, this looks like a fantastic piece of business from a Forest perspective, with Aguilera requiring regular senior football.

Just lately, the 20-year-old has been getting some minutes for the Reds but he will be craving more.

Aguilera is already pretty regular on the international stage and has played for Costa Rica at a World Cup.

However, his game time has been limited with Forest, with Aguilera making just three appearances from the bench.

Aguilera has been in fine form for the B-Team this season, scoring three times and registering two assists from seven outings.

Now, according to Kevin Jimenez, he will join Bristol Rovers will he will get to sample playing against men and fighting for three points in League One.

Matt Taylor has got Rovers playing pretty well at the moment and they currently sit 11th in the third tier.

Forest have done well to get youngster out on loan

It’s fair to say that Aguilera needs a regular run of games in English football to truly get him up to speed – and aid him in getting a chance at Forest.

The player has spent a lot of time training with the senior ranks, with Moussa Niakhate raving about Aguilera during pre-season.

Now, the Costa Rica star will get a chance to get some games under his belt and it’s exciting to see how he will get on.

Aguilera has shown some neat touches in the FA Cup this season and hopefully, he can showcase his talent at the Memorial Stadium.
