Morgan Gibbs-White has shared what Nottingham Forest must do when they play Manchester United in the FA Cup on Wednesday.

The Forest captain took to Instagram following a 4-2 defeat to Aston Villa yesterday.

So, what has Gibbs-White said about Forest following the latest defeat? Let’s take a closer look…

Morgan Gibbs-White says what Forest must do better on Wednesday

Well, the player clearly wasn’t impressed with certain aspects of the Forest performance yesterday.

Yesterday, Forest were 3-0 down before pulling a goal back on the stroke of half-time through Moussa Niakhate.

Just after the interval, Gibbs-White struck to further reduce the deficit and then the Reds did put up a fight.

After the game, Forest playmaker Gibbs-White took to Instagram to suggest what the Reds have to do better next time out.

He said: “We showed fight today however we must start better!”

In our view, Gibbs-White is spot on and the start to the game yesterday killed any chance Forest had of getting anything out of the contest.

Forest have to learn from that and fortunately there is a game just around the corner to try and get back to winning ways.

Gibbs-White is the leader that Nuno Espirito Santo crave

With Joe Worrall leaving for Besiktas and Ryan Yates not a first-team regular at the moment, the Reds need a captain.

Gibbs-White is that man and every time he plays for the club, he always gives everything he’s got for the cause.

Forest are blessed to have the 24-year-old in their ranks and one positive from yesterday was the player grabbing another goal.

The scary thing about Gibbs-White is that there is more to come and hopefully he can remain a Forest player for a number of years.

Gibbs-White gets what playing for Forest is all about and nobody can take that away from him.
