A report has explained that Nottingham Forest are desperately annoyed about something else after the club were hit with a four-point deduction.
The Athletic have made some claims that suggest the powers that be at the club are pretty upset at something that keeps happening to Forest.
After yesterday’s news, the club has now dropped into the relegation zone in the Premier League. They’re now a point from safety in 18th place.
What is annoying Nottingham Forest behind the scenes
Well, it would appear as though this boils down to referees. Who would be one, eh?
The Athletic reports that the club now feels as though they’ve been dealt a seriously bad hand by the Premier League.
It’s claimed that the club feel they’ve been harshly treated by match officials this season; with a number of poor decisions going against the Reds.

Along with the PSR charges, the Reds are now feeling a little aggrieved. As a result, this points deduction feels like a double whammy in their eyes.
Reds must use anger to get points on the board
It’s time for the talking – and even the whinging – to stop at Forest. The Reds must adopt a siege mentality and get themselves over the line this season.
Staying in the Premier League is the only thing that matters right now and Forest have just nine games to save their skin.
It’s fine to mention the wrong decisions that Forest have been victim too but the performances haven’t been without fault.
Referees and VAR will make mistakes. It’s fair to say that the club have also made their fair share over the past few months.
Now, everything can be parked. During this international break, Forest must reset and prepare for nine cup finals to finish the season with.
