It was a frustrating afternoon for Nottingham Forest against Crystal Palace today, and Morgan Gibbs-White could be seen getting quite fed up at the City Ground.
Nuno Espirito Santo’s side dominated large portions of the clash against Oliver Glasner’s men – having 59% of the possession and five shots on target – although the final ball was often poor, leading to a lack of chances being created.
There was one ball in particular which enraged Nottingham Forest No.10 Morgan Gibbs-White, as he felt Callum Hudson-Odoi should have done better with it…
Morgan Gibbs-White spotted moaning at Callum Hudson-Odoi
Well, the £35m man could be seen getting quite annoyed just 16 minutes into the 1-1 draw against Crystal Palace.
After Gibbs-White pinged the ball into acres of space down the left flank, only to see it run harmlessly out of play, he could then be seen pointing at Hudson-Odoi, gesturing for the £5m man to make that run.

Crystal Palace No.12 Daniel Munoz often tended to push forwards, leaving the fairly slow Joel Ward isolated up against the contrastingly pacey England international.
However, in this particular moment, Hudson-Odoi did not sense just how much space had been left in behind, drawing a frustrated response from Gibbs-White.
Nottingham Forest No.14 did well
While Hudson-Odoi perhaps should have made that run in the 16th minute, nobody can say the Nottingham Forest No.14 had a bad game against Crystal Palace.
As shown by WhoScored, the Wandsworth-born winger registered two shots, getting both on target, while also making two key passes and completing two successful dribbles.
No other Nottingham Forest player recorded more shots on target – or completed more dribbles.

Hudson-Odoi also won two freekicks for Nottingham Forest on a day where he was a real source of electricity down that left flank.
The Londoner’s efforts may not have led to three points today, but if he keeps delivering performances like this, it would provide a real boost to Nottingham Forest’s chances of survival.
