Nottingham Forest have spent the summer chasing a host of players and have so far signed seven new additions to the squad.
Of those seven players, one of them – Marko Stamenic – has headed out on a season-long loan to Olympiacos.
Elliot Anderson, Carlos Miguel, Eric da Silva Moreira, Nikola Milenkovic, Jota Silva and Ramon Sosa have also been signed by Forest this summer.
Although those players have been added to the ranks, a number of other links have fallen by the wayside and there is news of another to scrub off the list today.

Lamare Bogarde stays with Aston Villa after Nottingham Forest links
According to Fabrizio Romano, the midfielder is now going to remain at Villa Park and is considered part of a long-term project.
Forest made a bid for Bogarde in June but it was rejected with Unai Emery choosing to take a look at him in pre-season.
He’s not disappointed and has played plenty of football during the club’s friendlies prompting Villa to keep him.
Bogarde is now going to pen a new contract with the Champions League outfit and remain at Villa Park.
Bogarde has spent time on loan away from Villa, going to Bristol Rovers where the manager at the time Joey Barton called him ‘quality’.
The youngster has only made one appearance for the first team at Villa Park in a competitive game and now he will hope to get more minutes this season.
Bogarde would have been ideal for Forest
As a defence-minded player who can operate in midfield or as a centre-back, Bogarde would have been a player with one eye on the future.
Now, the Reds will have to look elsewhere to bolster their talent pool with stars of the future.
Bogarde would have been a promising addition to the ranks but much like he will at Villa, he probably would have found the pathway to regular football restricted.
Still, at 20-years-old he would have been a very useful addition to the ranks and much like some of the other signings, he has a nice profile as a player.
It’s back to the drawing board for Forest now with this one with Villa making the big decision to keep him at the club and offer him a new deal.
Now, all Forest can do is continue to monitor him and discover whether or not Bogarde becomes a case of what might have been.
