Nottingham Forest take on Brighton today and Morgan Gibbs-White will once again be called upon as one of the team’s match winners.
The 24-year-old has made a fantastic start to the season, scoring the winner against Southampton and earning a first call for the England senior ranks.
The Reds have made the influential forward the striker when Ryan Yates hasn’t been named in the starting eleven and clearly, he’s a respected player.
Gibbs-White is going from strength to strength at Forest and he really does have the world at his feet at a young age.

Tim Sherwood where he thinks Morgan Gibbs-White will play
Sadly for us Forest supporters, we know that Gibbs-White is unlikely to be at Forest forever given his star quality.
A number of clubs have already been linked with his services and ultimately there will come a point where he wants to spread his wings and play for a bigger club.
In the short-term, Forest looks like a good club for Gibbs-White but his quality will undoubtedly see him play in European competition at some point.
Sherwood believes he could go right to the top and has predicted what sort of club he will play for at some point in the future.
The pundit told Sky Sports News (21/09; 13:13): “He is a serious player. For me, he is one of my favourite players in the Premier League. He has played for Wolves. He has always been a very confident boy. He scores goals, he affects it, he never hides, he always looks for the ball to try and create. I think he will certainly play for one of the big four teams in the Premier League, I do, if not that big, top six.
“I think he works hard out of position as well. For me, it’s just his personality, always putting himself on offer. He looks like a really good type. You know every day in training, he is giving everything and leaving nothing on the training pitch. And he looks like a player, if he is not happy with one of his teammates, he is going to tell him. They are a dying breed.”
Gibbs-White is so important to Nottingham Forest fortunes
Thankfully for Forest, the talismanic performer has managed to stay fit during his time at the City Ground and that is definitely a string to his bow.
Gibbs-White is very important to the Reds and although the squad is now brimming with quality, he remains an integral part under Nuno Espirito Santo.
The pair have a long-standing relationship and although he loaned him out at Wolves, he’s now kicked on under his former boss at Forest.
In our view, Sherwood is right. Gibbs-White is going all the way to the top and Forest have to enjoy the vice-captain whilst they can before a big club eventually comes knocking.
