Ola Aina has been one of the standout performers for Nottingham Forest in the current campaign, and he’s now revealed the hardest player to face in training.
The fact that Nottingham Forest picked up Ola Aina for free gets crazier as every game goes by, with the level of performances getting better and better.
Alan Shearer was seriously impressed with Aina’s display against Leicester City, naming him in his Team of the Week and calling him ‘superb’.
His versatility has been the key, allowing Alex Moreno to operate at left-back. Aina’s displays on the right have arguably been even better than those on the left, with the ability to cut in.
Callum Hudson-Odoi was even shocked at the sight of Aina’s goal against West Ham, as he unleashed a thunderbolt into the top left corner of the goal.

Ola Aina names Callum Hudson-Odoi as the hardest player to face in Nottingham Forest training
Ola Aina and Callum Hudson-Odoi are the best of friends at Nottingham Forest, so it’s hard to know whether this is a friendly gesture or the honest truth.
Regardless, it’s easy to see why Hudson-Odoi may be causing some trouble with the ball at his feet in training, as some of the Premier League’s best defenders have struggled.
Speaking on Nottingham Forest’s Instagram, Aina was asked who is the hardest player to face 1v1 in training.
He responded with this.
“Callum. You know what he’s gonna do but it’s kinda hard to stop it.”
Callum Hudson Odoi’s resurgence at Nottingham Forest
Callum Hudson-Odoi knows a thing or two about players’ training abilities. He described former Nottingham Forest ace Jonathan Panzo as the most underrated player he’s ever played with.
The Englishman has really found a home at Nottingham Forest after a number of years of uncertainty at other clubs since joining for £5m, which is a credit to Nuno Espirito Santo’s man management.
Enzo Maresca highlighted Hudson-Odoi as a worry for Chelsea ahead of their clash earlier on this season, highlighting how far he’s come at the City Ground.
Interestingly, Hudson-Odoi may even have the chance to be called up for the England squad.
