Anthony Elanga’s strike for Nottingham Forest meant they made it five wins in a row in the Premier League against Tottenham Hotspur.
Ange Postecoglou is now feeling the heat as Spurs boss, but it’s the polar opposite for Nuno Espirito Santo, who will be on top of the world as he sees his side remain third in the Premier League.

He has his Nottingham Forest squad to thank. There were a sea of good Forest performances vs Spurs.
But although Anthony Elanga got the goal, we can’t help but think it was one Nottingham Forest man who ensured victory over Tottenham.

Murillo was insanely good for Nottingham Forest against Tottenham
Forest’s Man of the Match on the day was none other than the man mountain of a centre-back that is Murillo.
Murillo has been integral to Nuno’s side this season, but this was arguably one of his best performances yet in a red shirt.
Alongside Matz Sels and Nikola Milenkovic, simply no one could get past him and this is reflected in his ridiculous stats on the day. He was an integral part of the win.
| Murillo vs Spurs | |
| Minutes played | 90 |
| Successful dribbles | 2/2 (100%) |
| Clearances | 10 |
| Duels won | 7 |
| Dribbled past | 1 |
Murillo’s performance got its plaudits, and rightly so. This includes from the goalscorer on the day.
Anthony Elanga calls Murillo a ‘monster’
Murillo took to Instagram to post the following message about the performance. It read: ‘With Him at my right hand, I shall not be shaken. Therefore my heart rejoices.’
Elanga took the time to respond to his Forest teammate, with the response, ‘monstroooo’, which translates to ‘monster’ in English.

Murillo was nothing short of a monster against Spurs. Long may it continue for Forest fans.
