Anthony Elanga experienced a big night at the City Ground last night.
Clearly, the winger was desperate to showcase his quality to the club who binned him off and just six minutes in, he caused the stadium to burst at the seams.
Elanga drove three-quarters of the pitch and with Morgan Gibbs-White for company to bamboozle the opposition, he planted an unstoppable effort beyond Andre Onana.
Yates was quizzed on the goalscorer after the game and he absolutely loves playing in the same team as him.
He told TNT Sports: “He is a dream for a midfielder. Especially us sitting in that low-block. You can just give him the ball and he does the rest.”

If Forest tell Elanga that they’re playing against United every week, the team might win the Champions League, let alone qualify for it!
No slight on Elanga’s other performances of late, but this was one that took his game up a notch and his goal was a thing of real beauty.
