Nottingham Forest star Morgan Gibbs-White has been in the headlines since signing for the Reds in 2022.
Forest forked out a fee of £25 million to land the attacker, but he could eventually cost the Reds £42.5 million with add-ons owed to Wolves.
Quite frankly, he’s been worth his weight in gold.
The 25-year-old was once again in fine form against Manchester United on Tuesday as Forest won for the third time in succession in the Premier League.
A couple of weeks ago, Forest fans were angry as Gibbs-White didn’t get a kick for England, with that topic once again high on the agenda for many people.

Rio Ferdinand makes Morgan Gibbs-White transfer claim
Some fans are starting to get very anxious about Gibbs-White.
Thomas Tuchel’s snub may lead to the Forest man seeking game time elsewhere in the summer, which would be far from ideal.
Ferdinand has told TNT Sports that he feels Forest will find it very tricky to keep hold of Gibbs-White in the summer.
He said: “One thing I would say, they are going to do well to keep hold of him in the summer.
“Yes, they are going to get into the Champions League, I think right now, and that might be a reason he may stay here.
“But I think there will be many people who will want him in the top six teams to go to their teams and improve their squads.”
Morgan Gibbs-White stats vs Manchester United
Gibbs-White did manage to play the full game against United and was his typical energetic self.
The number 10 helped Forest claim another memorable three points on home soil and the sourness of defeat at the City Ground hasn’t been tasted since November.
| Morgan Gibbs-White stats vs Manchester United | Total |
| Minutes | 90 |
| Pass Accuracy | 77.8% |
| Interceptions | 2 |
| Dispossessed | 2 |
Forest still have work to do, of course.
With eight games remaining, however, the team will be fully focused on what comes next and a tough trip to Aston Villa could see Forest really lay down a marker for the run-in.
