The Premier League have just released the fixture list for the fast-approaching 2025/26 season, and Nottingham Forest have been handed a pretty kind start.

Nuno Espirito Santo’s side, having finished in seventh place last term, will be looking to challenge for Europe once again.

Evangelos Marinakis is ready to spend big at Nottingham Forest and is already set to complete his first two signings of the window.

Igor Jesus and Jair Cunha are to join Forest in a double deal from Brazilian outfit Botafogo, and there have been reports of a bid going in for Brentford striker Yoane Wissa.

So, evidently, there are exciting times ahead for Nottingham Forest, and they will be fairly pleased with the fixture list they’ve been handed to open up the new season.

Here is Nottingham Forest’s 2025/26 Premier League fixture list in full.

Three key dates to put in the diary

First game

Forest play host to Brentford on the opening day of the season, and many would argue it’s a very favourable fixture given that manager Thomas Frank has just left for Tottenham Hotspur.

Keith Andrews, who has no prior experience in management, is set to replace Frank, so the Tricky Trees will certainly fancy their chances.

Game after Christmas

The 26th of December is perhaps the most famous day in the footballing calendar, with it being the pinnacle of the festive period for many supporters.

But, this year, Forest won’t be playing on Boxing Day, they’ve been given Manchester City at home on the 27th.

Final game

Espirito Santo’s side will end the season at the City Ground as they welcome Bournemouth on the 24th of May.

The pair finished within two places of each other last term, so this fixture could actually turn out to be a six-pointer in the race for a European spot if their campaigns go to plan.
