Six new fixtures for Nottingham Forest fans to look forward to
Nottingham Forest will face six teams they have never played against in their history across the Europa League league phase. Of the eight games, only Sturm Graz, and Malmo are repeats of previous matchups.
The Garibaldi played against Sturm Graz in the 1983/1984 UEFA Cup Quarter-final, and have faced up against Malmo in the European Cup final in 1978/1979 as well as in the first-round of the UEFA Cup in 1995/1996.
The Tricky Trees are unbeaten against both clubs.
Of course, the travelling set of fans will be looking forward to watching their team in new locations, and it will certainly be a season to remember.
For Nuno Espirito Santo, he’ll be hoping his Nottingham Forest squad can deliver and provide them with the same next year.
