Nottingham Forest thrashed Tottenham 3-0 at the City Ground as Thomas Frank’s men turned in a very ‘Spursy’ performance.
An error from Archie Gray allowed Callum Hudson-Odoi to open the scoring, with the former Chelsea player curling in a peach of a strike to double the Forest advantage.
Ibrahim Sangare finished the scoring with a goal which Lewis McGugan would have been proud of, and it proved to be a very successful day for the Reds.
Sangare was hailed by Theo Walcott after the game, and he was the Forest player who came in for the most praise after this match, with his teammates keen to laud his performance too.

Thankfully, Sangare’s exit to join the Ivory Coast squad at the African Cup of Nations coincides with Douglas Luiz returning from injury.
With Ryan Yates also injured, all fingers point towards Luiz getting a real chance to kick-start his Forest career and get himself a nailed-down spot in the team.
