Nottingham Forest lost 2-1 to Manchester City as the club’s relegation woes worsened at the City Ground.
Forest found an equaliser courtesy of Omari Hutchinson after Tijjani Reijnders opened the scoring, but Rayan Cherki smashed home a late winner to leave the Reds sick!
In truth, Forest played extremely well, but it’s yet another defeat for the Reds, who remain in a perilous position.
Sean Dyche felt as though the match officials let him down yesterday but one World Cup official believes he doesn’t have a leg to stand on.

Darren Cann makes Forest claim
The game’s big flashpoint came just after half-time.
Ruben Dias was already on a yellow card when he inexplicably fouled Igor Jesus, ran off and somehow escaped a second yellow card.
Cann worked with Jones a number of times before he retired, and it’s perhaps no surprise that he’s sided with the referee.
He said on BBC Sport: “I didn’t think it was a second yellow for Ruben Dias – it was just an accidental crossover. He wasn’t trying to make a challenge, and there was minimal contact.
“Because he’s on a yellow card, it doesn’t mean the next foul is automatically a yellow.”
Referees not fit for purpose
Cann can say whatever he wants, but with how quickly Jones decided to book Elliot Anderson for a less cynical foul, the conspiracy theories will remain.
Forest have to move on from this pretty quickly with Everton next up at home.
It’s not ideal but Forest have found a way to lose another game that was the epitome of even and hopefully the luck changes soon.
Who was the Nottingham Forest Man of the Match vs Manchester City
Cann is talking absolute rubbish here and it’s somewhat comical that he doesn’t think Dias should have been dismissed.
On Tuesday, when Forest take on Everton, there can be no such drama and Forest have to get the three points.
