Nottingham Forest took another step towards Premier League safety with a 1-1 draw against Newcastle at the City Ground.
The Reds left it late to level against the Magpies, with Elliot Anderson scoring against his former club after Harvey Barnes had opened the scoring after stepping off the bench.
What did Vitor Pereira get right during the Nottingham Forest draw against Newcastle?
Anderson didn’t celebrate against his former club and the number eight was clearly delighted to score a very important goal for Forest.
After the game, James Perch spoke of his delight at the performance and hailed one player for his efforts against Newcastle.

In a game that struggled to produce many magic moments, Anderson’s goal was one of them, with the Reds showcasing just how much fight they’ve got at the moment.
Forest have lost just once in 11 matches and the Reds now have more than one foot in the Premier League for next season.
Perch said on Anderson: “Anderson just took the game upon himself, he’s really grabbed it this afternoon.
“To make a bursting run like that in the 88th minute just shows what type of player he is.”
Anderson will almost certainly leave Forest this summer and it’s going to be vitally important to replace him adequately.
The ‘Geordie Maradona’ is renowned for his energy all over the pitch, and it’s not a surprise that Perch picked him out for his efforts.
Anderson is going all the way to the top when it comes to his career and Forest have been rewarded for choosing to part with £35 million to secure his services.
With Newcastle having little to play for, this game definitely had an end-of-season feel to it, and Anderson stepped up when it really mattered for the Reds.
