Nottingham Forest return to Premier League action against Manchester United on Sunday afternoon.
It’s a half-past 12 kick-off for Vitor Pereira’s side, who can now play with the shackles off after achieving safety.
Nottingham Forest will still want to finish as high as possible, as every place in the league is worth an additional £3m.
Surely Ibrahim Sangare is indespensible at the moment…
Is he your Player of the Year?
Remarkably, they can still finish as high as ninth, but they’d have to win the last two games handsomely and hope everyone around them loses.
Realistically, a 13th-placed finish is achievable, but they must get three points against Man United this weekend.
Ahead of the clash at Old Trafford, the Premier League have just made an announcement.

Michael Salisbury announced as referee for Nottingham Forest vs Man United
The Premier League have just announced that Michael Salisbury will be the referee in charge of Nottingham Forest’s clash against Man United at Old Trafford.
He will be joined by Matthew Donohue and Gary Beswick on VAR duty.
- Referee: Michael Salisbury
- Assistants: Marc Perry, Natalie Aspinall
- Fourth official: Ben Toner
- VAR: Matthew Donohue
- Assistant VAR: Gary Beswick
| Games | Win | Draw | Loss | Yellow cards | Red cards | Pens |
| 7 | 4 | 1 | 2 | 14 | 0 | 0 |
As seen above, Forest have a pretty decent record with Salisbury, as they’ve won four of his seven games.
The last game he refereed with the Tricky Trees came back in April, when they held Aston Villa to a score draw at home.
Salisbury was involved in a controversy recently, as Everton were wrongly denied a penalty against West Ham United earlier this month.
The official was on VAR duty but failed to intervene when Mateus Fernandes clearly handled the ball in the box.
