Kimi Antonelli won the Monaco Grand Prix on Sunday, with Nottingham Forest star Morgan Gibbs-White in attendance.
Gibbs-White is enjoying some downtime after being omitted from the England World Cup squad despite a brilliant season with Forest.
🤔Has Rio Ferdinand missed the mark with his statement on Morgan Gibbs-White?
The Forest number 10 scored 18 goals and claimed seven assists in all competitions during 2025/26, with clubs interested in his services again.
During the Monaco Grand Prix, Gibbs-White was seen walking through the pit lane and he committed the ultimate F1 faux pas.

Morgan Gibbs-White blanks legendary Martin Brundle
Brundle is often the man with the microphone striding through the pit lane, trying to get a quick word with a number of celebrities.
Gibbs-White had given him an interview earlier in the week during the practice and qualifying rounds, but on race day, the number 10 blanked Brundle.
He was seen with Liverpool star Curtis Jones and ultimately, Brundle wanted another word with Gibbs-White as he walked through.
The 26-year-old wasn’t in the mood for more discussions with Brundle and blanked him, before being ushered out of the pit lane along with Jones by a Red Bull security guard.
Who is your ‘hear me out’ signing for Nottingham Forest to make this summer?! 👀🤔
We only want RED HOT takes! 🔥
Gibbs-White has been in good spirits throughout the weekend in Monaco, however, and the one silver lining of him missing the World Cup is that he will at least be well rested.
Ignoring Martin Brundle is a huge faux pas, however, and he will have to learn from this for the next time the superstar is rubbing shoulders with the celebrities and legends!
