Lorenzo Lucca will not live long in the memory of Nottingham Forest supporters following his loan spell at the club.
Lucca will be filed alongside strikers such as Rafik Djebbour, Eugene Dadi, and Neil Harris as players who have signed for the club and then froze in front of goal.
Would you consider cashing in on Matz Sels this summer?
How would you rate his time at Forest? 👍or👎
In fairness to the Italian, he was signed as a stereotypical component of a Sean Dyche team, but he saw the head coach sacked just days after his arrival.
Now, with his loan spell at the City Ground over, it’s come to light who the striker could be lining up for next season.

Lorenzo Lucca could join Lazio
According to reports, Napoli are trying to sign Mario Gila this summer and Lucca might be used by the Naples-based outfit as bait.
Lucca is surplus to requirements at Napoli after two goals from 23 appearances for the Naples-based outfit.
The player has proved he can score goals in Italy previously, with 23 for Udinese and 14 for Palermo, and another Serie A move is likely to appease him.
Lucca managed just one goal in nine outings for Forest, and that came as a consolation during the 3-1 defeat to Leeds that started the ball rolling on Dyche’s tenure coming to an end.
Napoli want to use Lucca as part of the deal to ensure they get a player off their books who is unwanted and to act as a sweetener to tempt Lazio into offloading Gila.
What did you make of Dan Ndoye’s display for Switzerland against Qatar?😥
He managed just 2/6 attempts on target! 😲
Forest have to learn lessons from the signing of Lucca, and the players who come into the club this summer must be capable of making more of an impact from the off than the uncompromising did.
The youngster did have some positive performances, but ultimately, he never fitted into the way that Vitor Pereira wanted to play and there must be more alignment with the signings between the recruitment team and the manager this season.
