Nottingham Forest are being linked with Celtic star Daizen Maeda this summer.
The Hoops could sell the striker if they receive bids of £20 million, with Forest, Everton and Brentford all credited with interest.

Maeda scored 17 goals and claimed 10 assists at Celtic during 2025/26, and that earned him a place in the Japan squad for the World Cup.
Although Maeda is being linked with Forest, there is perhaps another Japan international who Glasner would be keen to sign before the forward.
Oliver Glasner a huge fan of Daichi Kamada
Glasner proved himself an exceptional man-manager at Crystal Palace as well as a top coach.
Name one Crystal Palace star you’d love to see join Glasner at Forest 👀
Daichi Kamada is now a free agent after walking away from his Palace contract, and once it’s announced, it’s surely certain that the midfielder will have interest from Glasner.
The 29-year-old operates in the midfield engine room and has played for Glasner at both Palace and Eintracht Frankfurt, winning titles with both clubs.
Kamada wasn’t always considered a first-team regular at Selhurst Park, but he did feature in 46 appearances in all competitions during the last campaign.
With Ibrahim Sangare, Nicolas Dominguez and Ryan Yates all available to the new manager for the midfield ranks, Glasner will perhaps want one or two more options in that area.
Goals and assists in abundance for Celtic but how would YOU feel about Daizen Maeda signing for Forest this summer?
£20m feels very cheap!
Kamada could be a much more realistic option for Glasner than Maeda, and as a free transfer, it does feel as though a deal for the 53-time Japan international is a no-brainer.
This addition to the ranks would hardly be a statement addition to the ranks, but it would see a player with lots of Premier League experience added to the ranks, and that would be one popular aspect of the deal.
