Liverpool midfielder Curtis Jones has been linked with a move to Nottingham Forest this summer as the Reds chase a replacement for Elliot Anderson.
Jones is 25 and after coming through the academy ranks at Anfield, his progress has stalled somewhat over the last 12 months, with the Reds now considering cashing in.

Andoni Iraola will likely go in search of some new players to bolster his squad and that could lead to Jones being surplus to requirements on Merseyside.
Now, Jones has seemingly responded after some strong claims were made over the weekend regarding his future and whether a move to Forest is on the cards.
Curtis Jones dismisses Forest report
Some claims from Italy had suggested that Inter Milan were ready to walk away from a deal for Jones simply because Forest had agreed a deal to sign the Liverpool man.
Forest fans had started to get a little bit excited, even if none of the top British reporters were reporting that a deal was as close as it was suggested in Italy.

However, Jones has seemingly dispelled any possibilities that anything is close by sharing an annoyed emoji on an Instagram post reporting the news.
As a result, it would appear as though nothing is overly close when it comes to Forest signing Jones and this might be one that rumbles on for a few more weeks yet.
Jones has an abundance of Premier League experience to his name and ultimately, he’d be a very useful signing to come into the Forest midfield.
The issue will be that Forest are not playing European football next season and Jones will fancy his chances of a move to a club in one of those competitions.
Just because Jones has placed this emoji on the Anfield Watch post on Instagram, it does not mean it won’t happen, but it suggests nothing is imminent at the moment.
Jones has experience playing domestically and in Europe and with Anderson going to another level since signing for Forest, the player might believe the Reds could have a similar impact on his career should he choose to join the club.
