Nottingham Forest star Brennan Johnson has received praise on Instagram from two Reds players and Aston Villa gem Jacob Ramsey. The 21-year-old scored twice at the City Ground as Forest drew 2-2 with Everton.
Forest have a real match-winner in their ranks with Johnson. Yesterday, he was in sublime form as the Reds fought back twice to claim a huge point in their quest to survive this season.
Johnson has taken his tally for the 2022/23 campaign to nine goals. On current form, there will be more to come as the Reds try and keep their head above water in the relegation battle.

The youngster has been magnificent since the World Cup. Prior to the tournament in Qatar, he was slowly adapting to life in the Premier League and was hardly playing badly.
He has taken some time to get up to speed though. His form since returning from the competition at the end of last year has been nothing short of absolutely brilliant.
Yesterday, his finishes showed the composure that normally comes from players more experienced than Johnson. His second in particular was breathtaking and left England goalkeeper Jordan Pickford with no chance.
Johnson has received praise from Forest duo and Ramsey on Instagram
The Reds star took to Instagram after yesterday’s draw. He was keen to thank the fans for their support and in the aftermath, he received praise from two Forest players and an Aston Villa man.
Ramsey took to Instagram and said: “On fire bro.”
Lots of Forest players took to his post to offer their thoughts with the majority of players simply using emojis.

Two players were a little more creative though. Alex Mighten and Richie Laryea both took the time to offer their thoughts.
Youngster Mighten scored twice for the under-21s on Friday and he said: “What a player.”
Laryea is currently on loan with Toronto FC and he wrote: “Some player.”
Johnson will be delighted with his current form. The challenge now is for him to maintain it for the remainder of the campaign.
