Nottingham Forest will battle West Ham to try and sign Pedro if they stay in the Premier League. The Flamengo striker is set to head to Europe in the summer with interesting heating up from the Premier League.
Football Insider claims that the man who was part of the Brazil squad at the World Cup is a wanted man. He made two appearances in Qatar, with both coming from the bench.
The 25-year-old is enjoying a quality season for Flamengo in Brazil. He’s scored 14 goals and registered three assists from just 15 appearances and now Forest are keen to sign him.

A centre-forward by trade, the player has also played for Fiorentina, albeit very briefly. He spent a short period at the Serie A outfit but made just four appearances.
Pedro looks like a promising player to say the least. Forest will definitely need to sign a striker or two during the summer, with the team finding goals hard to come by during 2022/23.
The Reds signed Taiwo Awoniyi for £18 million last summer. He had scored 18 goals in all competitions for Union Berlin last season but an injury in January this time around sidelined him for three months.
Brennan Johnson has found the net 10 times this season. He’s not a striker per se, however, and the club will almost certainly look to add some more firepower to the ranks.
Forest battle West Ham for Pedro
Much like last season, Forest will likely be preparing two lists of players. One will have targets on should they remain in the Premier League, the other for if they drop back to the Championship.

The Reds would dearly like to have Pedro in their ranks. He’s a talented performer and ultimately, he’s showcased qualities that could make him a success in the Premier League.
South American football expert Tim Vickery has discussed the player in the past. He called him an ‘excellent finisher’, although in the same interview he said that he does lack a bit of pace.
Nonetheless, it seems as though Forest are keen to sign Pedro. First things first, however, the Reds must make sure their Premier League status remains intact.
