Craig Mulholland is set to leave Glasgow giants Rangers and that could be seriously worrying news for Nottingham Forest man Gary Brazil.
The Reds are yet to offer their Director of Football Development a new contract, with his existing deal up in the summer.
Brazil has been a part of the furniture at the City Ground for many years and seeing him leave could be seriously detrimental.

It’s hard to keep track of the number of players he has brought through on Trentside. Millions have been raised in transfer fees and he’s a master of his trade.
Forest would surely have offered him a new deal by now. For whatever reason, however, the club appear willing to let him leave.
Now, a report has emerged that makes it make sense. Mulholland was a trusted lieutenant of Ross Wilson at Rangers and he’s set to leave.
The 45-year-old academy director has announced that he will leave the Gers in the summer, ending a long association with the club.
Now, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to try and work out where Mulholland could possibly be rocking up next.
His arrival at Forest could signal that Wilson is keen to shake things up.
He will want to stamp his own authority on things at Forest and Evangelos Mariankis will want him to deliver a review on the entire club.
Some of the off-field stuff at the City Ground hasn’t been great. News of Mulholland’s departure from Rangers, however, will surely have alarm bells ringing for Brazil.
Worrying news emerges for Brazil at Forest
Forest fans do crave a meltdown. Perhaps Brazil is keen for a new challenge himself, or perhaps he’s had enough after several successful years at Forest.
Still, given his contract situation, things do seem strange. Surely, if he was going to stay, he would have been offered something by now.
Mulholland is a decent man. He has spent several years at Rangers and certainly knows his way around an academy.

Letting Brazil go just doesn’t seem right though. Given everything he’s done for the football club he should be allowed to go on his terms – and maybe he is.
The latest news is certainly worrying for Brazil, with Mulholland now almost certainly set for Forest.
