Richard Keys couldn’t resist another dig at Nottingham Forest this morning, with Jesse Lingard now in the firing line.
The Reds defeated Southampton 4-3 at the City Ground, with Taiwo Awoniyi scoring twice.
Further goals from Morgan Gibbs-White and Danilo followed whilst Felipe saw a late effort chalked out for offside.

Forest played some good stuff last but Keys couldn’t resist another little dig at Steve Cooper’s team in the process.
This time is was Lingard in the firing line of Keys’ sharp tongue – or keyboard as it would be in this instance.
MORE FOREST STORIES
The 30-year-old has found things difficult since the World Cup.
Several injuries have blighted his second half of the campaign and he’s failed to score or assist a Premier League goal this season.
Right now, Lingard isn’t even getting on the pitch and really he’s just proving a useful influence around the dressing room.
It looks unlikely that Forest will be extending Lingard’s stay at the City Ground and he has just three games left.
Keys took a pop shot at Lingard after last night’s game and took to Twitter.
On the Forest man, he said: “I don’t get everything right – just most things. Here’s one – they have been ‘struggling Forest’ all season.
“Their home form might just keep them up. Lingard has contributed nothing. Does this mean Forest fans will apologise for their disgusting and vile personal abuse?”
Lingard in the firing line after Forest win
It’s truly bizarre to mention Lingard when this game was about the players who were on the pitch.
The told you so mantra is tiresome and it’s not really a secret anymore that the Forest man has struggled.

In the second half of 2022/23, he’s had problems with his hamstring, ankle and Achilles which hasn’t helped.
Lingard has never sulked though and behind the scenes, it appears he’s a good character.
It’s time for Keys to get off his high horse and if Forest can stay up it would be great to prove the pundit wrong.
