Nottingham Forest defeated Southampton 4-3 on Monday night and Orel Mangala was quietly brilliant.
The Reds won the game courtesy of a Taiwo Awoniyi brace and further goals from Morgan Gibbs-White and Danilo.
Forest will now be hoping to kick on and ensure they remain a Premier League club for next season.

Mangala is a player who has waited patiently to get himself a regular run in the team this season.
He picked up an injury in the third match of the season and that kept him out for a few weeks which didn’t help.

Forest star Mangala brilliant against Southampton
The man signed from Stuttgart for around £12 million was quietly excellent against Southampton.
With Mangala, there are rarely frills and spills but he always gives his all for the team whenever he’s called upon.

There probably is more to come from Mangala and Forest will hope that he can stay at the club for many years.
Staying in the Premier League looks paramount to those plans, with Mangala now close to becoming a Belgium regular.
Right now, the fans are enjoying his performances and hopefully, he can continue in this rich vein of form.
