Nottingham Forest were rejected by Arnaut Danjuma during the January transfer window and he’s set to be available for transfer again. It’s been claimed that Tottenham won’t pay the required £27 million to make the deal permanent this summer.
Fabrizio Romano is the man on the pulse with this piece of news. He’s reporting that offers will be forthcoming from the Premier League, Ligue 1 and the Bundesliga after Tottenham made a huge call.

The North Londoners don’t currently have a manager. As a result, Spurs will clear out the decks somewhat and all of the club’s loan players will be returning to their parent clubs.
That included Danjuma. He will now head back to Villarreal, although it’s anticipated that he will have slim pickings of a reprieve with the Yellow Submarine.
The 26-year-old has endured a frustrating time with Tottenham. He’s scored twice in 12 appearances and only started once in the Premier League during his loan spell.

Given the player’s lack of game time, perhaps he will regret not joining Forest. Steve Cooper was very keen to sign the player called ‘exceptional’ by Jonathan Woodgate during his time at Bournemouth.
Forest lost out on the race, however. Everton were also keen but the chance to compete for a European place proved decisive for Danjuma.
Forest were rejected by Danjuma and now he’s available once more
Whether or not Forest make another move for the player remains to be seen. He will likely cost £27 million though given that’s the fee that Tottenham were due to pay.
Danjuma has stalled at Spurs. It’s no surprise that they want to send him back to Villarreal, with the club still not certain who they will appoint as the new manager.

At 26-years-old, the player is still an attractive player. Forest, however, might believe they have a better chance of signing an upgrade on Danjuma now they’ve stayed in the Premier League.
The Reds will target a fair few new players in the summer. Danjuma, however, might be one potential target that they now move on from this summer.
