Nottingham Forest player Callum Hudson-Odoi got off to a flying start and Steve Hodge reacted live on air. The player was making his first start for the Reds after joining on transfer deadline day.
Hudson-Odoi was straight into the thick of the action. His trickery tormented Burnley in the early stages of last night and he was unlucky not to score in the first half.

With Forest chasing the game in the second half, Hudson-Odoi produced a moment of magic. His scrumptious goal from outside of the box had James Trafford all ends up as the ball whistled into the net.
The player cost Forest just £3 million from Chelsea on deadline day. The transfer proved a bit of a drawn-out process, with the player looking set for Fulham at one point.
Hodge was on co-commentary duties for BBC Radio Nottingham last night. He issued a four-word assessment after Hudson-Odoi drew Forest level, saying: “Three million, absolute bargain!”
