Nottingham Forest are facing the prospect of causing a huge upset when they travel to the Etihad to face treble winners Manchester City tomorrow afternoon.
Pep Guardiola’s side have continued their ruthless run, winning all five Premier League games so far this campaign, conceding just three goals in the process.
Meanwhile, Steve Cooper’s side are sat in eighth place after a solid start to the 2023/24 season.
The Reds picked up a point last time out against Burnley after a brilliant strike from Callum Hudson-Odoi secured Cooper’s side a valuable point.

Chris Sutton predicts Manchester City rout against Forest
Pundit Chris Sutton has made his predictions for the game this weekend, with the 50-year-old expecting to Guardiola’s side to stroll to three points.
“Manchester City’s squad is a bit thin on the ground because of injuries.
“I like the look of Jeremy Doku after seeing him against West Ham and Red Star Belgrade in the past week. He will surely play a part this weekend.
“Erling Haaland missed a stack of chances in both matches and, on that basis, he will probably score eight on Saturday.

“I’ve been so impressed by Julian Alvarez’s play behind him – he is such an intelligent player, and it’s very hard to keep him quiet.
“Nottingham Forest were pretty hopeless away from home last season but they won at Stamford Bridge before the international break and gave Arsenal and Manchester United a good game last month.
“I can’t see them getting anything here, though. Haaland got a first-half hat-trick the last time Forest came to Etihad Stadium, and, although I am not expecting City to go as big this time, it should be business as usual for them.”
Prediction: Manchester City 4-0 Nottingham Forest
