Nottingham Forest face Brentford later today and the Reds will be going in search of a big three points. Forest were narrowly beaten 2-0 by champions Manchester City last weekend.
Steve Cooper will want his team to continue climbing the Premier League table. He will see today as a good chance to get some more points on the board and get back to winning ways.
Ahead of today’s game, we looked at how Cooper could line his team up to play the Bees. We think there could be a change or two from the team that did so well at City last week.
Predicted Nottingham Forest XI to play Brentford
The Forest rearguard
We think that Matt Turner will almost certainly keep his place in the team today. He’s made a great start to life in the Premier League with Forest and is firmly the number one.

At the back, we think Cooper will go with a four-man defensive unit. Moussa Niakhate played well against City and should keep his place today, with Joe Worrall likely to play alongside him.
At full-back, Serge Aurier will likely play right-back, with Ola Aina keeping his place and swapping over to the left-hand side of a flat-back four.
The Forest engine room
We expect that Cooper will go with three in midfield today. At times against Burnley, the Reds were outrun by naming just two midfielders in the squad.
Today, Brentford will almost certainly go with three in the middle of the park and it’s important that Forest match that.
Nicolas Dominguez was excellent against Manchester City and will almost certainly start the game in midfield.
Elsewhere, Ryan Yates could start the game after being left on the bench for last weekend’s game. He’s previously been called ‘fantastic’ and fans will hope he can start today.
Ibrahim Sangare will almost certainly start the game as the anchor man who protects the back four.
Leading the Forest line
Taiwo Awoniyi will likely start through the middle this afternoon. He’s very much the main striker in the Forest ranks and he will almost certainly start the game.

Morgan Gibbs-White will likely start in a more fluid role in the Forest attack.
Callum Hudson-Odoi will likely complete the attack after his sensational goal against Burnley in the last home game.
Here is how today’s Forest team could look:
