BBC Sport pundit Garth Crooks has named Nottingham Forest star Murillo in his Premier League Team of the Week.
The defender was once again in fine form – and now Crooks has raved about him in his latest piece.
So, what has Crooks said about Murillo after Forest defeated West Ham 2-0 at the City Ground? Let’s take a closer look…
Garth Crooks names Forest star Murillo in Team of the Week
Well, it would appear as though Crooks did actually have something positive to say about Forest after all.
It was Crooks who went mad at Forest playmaker Morgan Gibbs-White for supposedly getting Kalvin Phillips sent off.
There was nothing said about Vladimir Coufal trying his very best to get two Forest players sent off, but we can’t have everything!
Crooks was impressed with Murillo, however, and cited his tackle on Michail Antonio as a particular moment of magic.
He told BBC Sport: “Murillo was the only person standing between West Ham’s Michail Antonio and a free shot at the Nottingham Forest goal.

“The way the defender slowed Antonio down and then stood him up before dispossessing him wasn’t merely impressive, it was defending of the highest quality.
“Antonio was desperate for the defender to lunge in or commit himself but the Brazilian simply waited for the striker to make his move and read the situation brilliantly.”
Murillo is going to be some player
In our view, Forest have struck gold with the signing of Murillo and he’s going all the way to the top.
Manchester City wanted Murillo before he came to the City Ground and it’s hard to imagine that he’s not still on their shortlist.
At 21, it’s quite frightening just how good Murillo could become and the Reds will hope to stay up in order to keep hold of him.
It’s always nice when Crooks picks Forest players for his Team of the Week – and Murillo richly deserved to be included for his efforts at the weekend.
As a talented youngster, there is more to come from Murillo and hopefully, he can lead Forest to more positive results in the coming weeks.
