Nottingham Forest’s pre-season has now come to an end with their final friendly seeing them seal victory over Olympiacos.
Thursday night’s trip to Greece was a successful one for Forest with the travelling fans being treated to a thrilling 4-3 victory.
Nuno Espirito Santo‘s men found themselves 4-1 up at one stage before the hosts were able to get two back after some late changes.
It is now time for the final preparations to go into the work behind the scenes at the club ahead of Bournemouth’s visit to the City Ground next week.
Spirits will be high amongst the squad on the back of what has been a solid summer both on and off the pitch.
And it is apparent Callum Hudson-Odoi was left wowed by one specific player following the game against Evangelos Marinakis‘ other club.

Callum Hudson-Odoi wowed by £15m Nottingham Forest player
Captain Ryan Yates was able to get his name on the scoresheet twice over in Greece with the midfielder proving a surprise goalscorer.
Chris Wood was also able to get another to his name as Forest began to cruise in front at this stage.
However, the pick of the bunch came from Anthony Elanga who danced his way through the Olympiacos team before slamming the ball home.
And it is fair to say one of his teammates was clearly left massively impressed as he exchanged a message after the game.
Elanga capped the scoring off for Forest over in Greece in a goal which showed the winger’s quality.
After the game, Elanga and Forest posted footage of the goal from the touchline as the Sweden international worked his magic.
And this saw Hudson-Odoi take straight to the comments after the game to share his delight in what his teammate was able to produce.
The Forest winger kept it simple as he replied to Elanga’s post with two fire emojis after Elanga lit up the pitch.

It was not just his teammates who were left stunned by what Elanga produced on the pitch with the onwatching journalists also feeling the same way.
The Athletic’s Paul Taylor took to social media on the back of Elanga’s goal to share his amazement at what the youngster had produced.
“Elanga has just scored an outstanding solo effort to put them 4-1 up,” he said.
It really was a stunning effort from Elanga and Forest fans will be hoping there is more where that came from in the upcoming season.
Forest will now be hoping they can keep the Swede around with Newcastle United interested in signing the £15m Elanga this summer.
