Nottingham Forest are keen to finalise their plans ahead of the transfer window and it’s been refreshing to experience a less hectic summer.
The Reds have signed six players – with Ramon Sosa flying in to sign for Forest in the coming days as the club’s seventh signing.
All of those players with the exception of Marko Stamenic who has joined Olympiacos on loan for the campaign will hope to feature against Bournemouth on Saturday.
Forest aren’t finished in the transfer market yet and Nuno Espirito Santo is keen to add another goalkeeper to his ranks before the window slams shut.
Sam Johnstone has been linked with a move to Forest but other names are in the mix – including a player who could represent a seriously good signing if he’d added.

Nottingham Forest place Aaron Ramsdale high on shortlist
According to TalkSPORT, Ramsdale is going to leave Arsenal this summer – however, they would like to sell him rather than loan him.
Letting him leave on a temporary basis could happen but Arsenal would want some guarantees over a future purchase.
Forest aren’t alone in the race to sign Ramsdale before the transfer window closes, with Wolves and Southampton also wanting him.
It does feel as though Forest will try and sign the stopper, however, with the report claiming that he’s high on the shortlist of targets at the City Ground.
Ramsdale is behind David Raya at the Emirates Stadium and he’s keen to move somewhere and play regular football once again.
The player has been called ‘exceptional’ by boss Mikel Arteta but he’s not been able to wrangle the gloves from Raya over the past 12 months.
Ramsdale has made 89 appearances for the Gunners since joining the club and he might view leaving as a bit of a grind.
At 26-years-old he’s had a taste of regular football though and sitting on the bench for another season isn’t something that he’s keen to do it would appear.
Signing Ramsdale won’t be easy for Forest. The player earns £120,000-a-week at Arsenal and even on loan, the Gunners would want a sizeable chunk of that paying.
Forest must do some selling if Ramsdale is signed
With Matz Sels, Carlos Miguel and Matt Turner in the goalkeeping ranks, Forest can’t really justify purchasing another goalkeeper at this stage.
If Ramsdale is a top target for the club then one – if not two – goalkeepers have to be sold this summer to balance the squad.
Having three goalkeepers is a modern thing, although most clubs have a youngster who acts as a third-stopper in the event of an emergency.
Ramsdale would be a game-changing signing though and his quality could really help Forest climb the Premier League table this season.
Although Sels will likely start the campaign as the number one, he’s not really considered a long-term option whereas Ramdale would.
At 32, however, the Belgian will want to play and perhaps he – along with Matt Turner – might depart the City Ground should the England goalkeeper sign this summer.
