Nuno Espirito Santo has been a breath of fresh air at Nottingham Forest, bringing his calmness and tactical knowledge to the City Ground.
The Reds’ performances in the Premier League have certainly improved from last season, but the main difference has been the defensive progression.
Nikola Milenkovic and Murillo are two names that continue to be brought up by pundits and fans supporting a range of clubs.
Ian Wright is a big fan of Murillo and has stated his interest in seeing where he ends up next, though Forest fans will be hoping he commits his future to the club instead.
However, one man who will have a huge say in that is Nuno Santo, and Henry Winter has shared a few bit of insight about how people inside the club view the Portuguese boss.

Henry Winter shares what people inside Nottingham Forest really think of Nuno Espirito Santo
Henry Winter is one of the most well-known journalists in English football, so when he speaks you listen.
He’s not a Nottingham Forest supporter, but he doesn’t live too far from the City Ground and goes to games regularly, with a good knowledge of the club.
Interestingly, when speaking to Forest Focus, Henry Winter shared some insight into what people at Nottingham Forest think of Nuno Espirito Santo.
“He likes that; you can just see that he is relaxed, and he’s happy, and he’s smiling. He’s very much, he’s quite a sort of tactile, very human individual. Just talking to people around the club.
“I say, you know, I’m not protective about him because he’s a grown man; he can look after himself, but I just like to see him do well.
“And it’s interesting talking to people at the club, and they say they really like him on a human level as well as obviously on a footballing level they can see.”
The praise Nuno Espirito Santo has already received at Nottingham Forest
Robbie Mustoe detailed a number of big changes Nuno Espirito Santo has already made since taking over from Steve Cooper.
“The tactical, the gameplan, the subs – his changes won them the game, Elanga and Hudson-Odoi combined for the winning goal.
“He’s not loved is he? He’s a bit dull, he’s not a great interview, he’s not going to say anything is he, he doesn’t like all of that, he’s short and sharp but he’s starting to impress them (the fans) there, I think he has taken them on from Steve Cooper.
“That was a real highlight and I’ve got to say that’s probably one of the best days he’s had as a manager. Top class.”
