Nottingham Forest have a couple of injury issues to worry about, and injury expert Ben Dinnery has shared the chances of Matz Sels making the Crystal Palace clash.

Nuno Espirito Santo has a couple of decisions to make ahead of the Crystal Palace clash, with Matz Sels and Morgan Gibbs-White potentially missing out.

Nottingham Forest have Jota Silva to potentially turn to, which is something that fans were fond of after his impressive cameos so far this season.

The midfielder only joined in the summer transfer window and has had to settle for mostly substitute appearances, but his time will come.

Crystal Palace aren’t a bad outfit, despite what the Premier League table suggests, with players like Eberechi Eze capable of winning games by himself.

Interestingly, Ben Dinnery has shared the chances of Matz Sels facing Crystal Palace, which would certainly help Forest.

Matz Sels’ chances of featuring against Crystal Palace

Matz Sels withdrew from international duty with Belgium due to an adductor injury, and there hasn’t really been an update on his situation.

The Belgian was the standout performer for Forest last time out against Chelsea, making a number of impressive saves to keep the score at 1-1.

Frank Leboeuf even said how fantastic Sels was against Chelsea after knowing of him during his time in France.

Now, Premier Injuries, run by injury expert Ben Dinnery, has provided an update on the goalkeeper’s chances of making the game against Crystal Palace.

They have him listed as a 75% chance of playing.

Who could replace Matz Sels if he’s not fit?

Well, Nottingham Forest made the move to bring in Carlos Miguel from Brazil in the summer.

The 26-year-old is yet to appear in the Premier League this season, with just a Carabao Cup appearance.

Interestingly, Miguel is one inch taller than Peter Crouch, standing at 6ft 8 inches.

Nuno Espirito Santo may have no other choice after failing in his attempts to sign Caomhin Kelleher in the transfer window, as Liverpool rejected a bid that involved Matt Turner.
