Nuno Espirito Santo will have been sweating over the health of his players during the international break, but he’ll be glad one player went away as he’s been sensational.
Nottingham Forest have already had Morgan Gibbs-White‘s injury to worry about after limping off against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.
Interestingly, Gibbs-White could be back for the Crystal Palace clash on Monday, but it remains to be seen as to whether he’s recovered in time.
Both Danilo and Ibrahim Sangare are on course to return around the New Year, though nothing is confirmed at this point.
The January transfer window is also around the corner, which gives Nuno Espirito Santo the opportunity to strengthen ahead of a potential European push.
However, there’s currently increasing competition at right-back for Nottingham Forest, with one player sending a message to Nuno by impressing on international duty.

Neco Williams’ performance for Wales against Montenegro
Neco Williams has sent a message to Nuno Espirito Santo after being pushed out of the starting lineup in the last few games for Forest.
To the delight of Forest fans, Williams was the star man for Wales last time out against Iceland.
Now, he put in a just as good performance this time round against Montenegro, constantly involved with the creative side of things moving forward for Wales.
The right-back made two tackles, one clearance, won four duels, lost possession 13 times, committed two fouls, had 70 touches, a passing accuracy of 87%, made two key passes and one shot on target.
