Morgan Gibbs-White was listed as possible for the Crystal Palace clash, depending on whether he recovers from his injury in time.
It was stated that Gibbs-White suffered a sprain, rather than any significant ligament damage.
However, a video that emerged on Britney De Villiers TikTok showed Gibbs-White in crutches and wearing a protective boot yesterday, which scared a lot of Forest fans.
This confused many who had seen the potential return date of the Palace game.
Interestingly, his girlfriend came out and gave an update on his injury, but she weirdly deleted the video later on.

Morgan Gibbs-White has been rewarded for his hard work and determination this season, earning two call-ups to the England side, with one being cancelled due to his injury.
He’s been influential on the creative side of things, constantly starting attacks with his passing ability and providing the service to Chris Wood up top.
However, his absence against Fulham was felt, as Taiwo Awoniyi was slammed after his poor performance, which was partly due to his lack of service.
With fans sweating over Gibbs-White’s injury situation, his girlfriend Britney De Villiers posted a now-deleted TikTok on her official account explaining his situation.
A fan managed to capture her video (@nffc2101) before it got deleted. In the video, she explains that the club has him wearing the boot and using the crutches as a precaution to help him rest and that he can walk and doesn’t actually need them.
Still looking good to make the Crystal Palace clash?
Of course, Nuno Espirito Santo won’t want to risk Morgan Gibbs-White if there’s a chance he could be out for a long period of time.
However, it’s not surprising to see that the club are looking to be extra cautious prior to the Crystal Palace clash, especially when walking around London.
It’s easy to see why fans may panic at first, but hopefully Britney’s explanation cleared some things up.
Though it is slightly weird why she’s now deleted the video.
