Nottingham Forest have been on a good run in recent weeks, but supporters think that could be about to end as news regarding the Newcastle clash has emerged.
Nuno Espirito Santo can now return to the dugout for this weekend’s fixture against Newcastle United, after serving his three-match suspension from the FA.
Nottingham Forest have done just fine without him. Rui Silva hasn’t got the credit he deserves for such a fantastic run after stepping up, with three games on the bounce in the Premier League.
Eddie Howe’s Newcastle United will have a big say on that impressive record this weekend, as they’re heading into this one fresh off the back of beating Arsenal at St James’ Park.
And Nottingham Forest fans aren’t feeling too confident ahead of the encounter with Newcastle United after seeing who the referee will be.

Premier League appoint Anthony Taylor as referee for Nottingham Forest vs Newcastle
Referees and VAR officials continue to have more of an impact on games than they really should in the Premier League, which promotes quite the reaction when announcements are made.
At the weekend, there was an incident involving Guido Rodriguez and Morgan Gibbs-White that didn’t even appear to be checked by VAR, despite it looking like a blatant red card.
Now, the Premier League have made their referee announcement for the Newcastle United clash, and it’s Anthony Taylor who will be the man in the middle.
Anthony Taylor isn’t in the good books of Nottingham Forest fans at this moment in time after his part in the Morgan Gibbs-White sending off at Brighton.
He appeared to gesture on the sideline that Gibbs-White had won the ball at the time, only to seemingly reverse his opinion only seconds later in a bizarre turn of events.
