Morgan Gibbs-White is a name that we will hear an awful lot more about in an England shirt, as fans finally get to see what the fuss is all about at Nottingham Forest.
England may have dominated in terms of the score line and possession but it was Greece who created more chances on the night, they just weren’t as clinical.
Nottingham Forest fans tuned in hoping they’d get to see their star man in action, and they got their wish in the 79th minute as Morgan Gibbs-White replaced Conor Gallagher.
There wasn’t too much to shout about from the midfielder, but he did grab an assist for his good friend Curtis Jones’ goal, which will have no doubt caught the eyes of Thomas Tuchel.
Well, it certainly appears as if he caught the eyes of a number of England fans as they took to X to shower the Nottingham Forest star with praise.

Morgan Gibbs-White’s England career to date
Morgan Gibbs-White made what was his second appearance for England against Greece on Thursday night, after making his international debut against the Republic of Ireland in September.
It’s safe to say that having Lee Carsley in the manager’s seat has helped massively, as he and Gibbs-White already had a good relationship.
If he keeps on contributing and showcasing his skills on the big stage then Thomas Tuchel will have no choice but to include him in his squad moving forward.
His performance was certainly a positive sight for Nottingham Forest fans after slight concerns over Gibbs-White’s display last time out against Newcastle.
