Nottingham Forest have had a number of positive performances this season with the team flying high in the Premier League.
The Reds need to continue their good form at Molineux tonight as Nuno Espirito Santo looks to get a sixth straight win as he comes up against his former club.
Espirito Santo has earned praise from pundits this season and he’s quietly gone about his business to prove most people wrong over his credentials as a coach.
Forest have 37 points from 19 games in the Premier League and things are definitely looking up for the Reds who have exactly half of their fixtures remaining.
Alan Shearer recently praised Elliot Anderson but it’s another former Newcastle man who has also been capturing headlines on a regular basis this season.

John Obi Mikel hails Nottingham Forest star Chris Wood
The former Chelsea player has been discussing Forest on his latest episode of the Obi One Podcast.
Naturally, with Forest flying high the team are a hot topic of discussion right now and it’s been refreshing to hear positive comments for a change.
Wood is a player in fine form and with 12 goals this season to his name, he’s absolutely picked up where he left off last season when he scored 14 in the Premier League.
Mikel has been impressed with Wood and he’s been raving about him on the latest episode of his podcast.
He said: “I saw the goal he scored against Everton, it just shows you a player who is playing with so much confidence.
“We know Chris Wood can miss a lot of chances but the way he took that goal, he just lobbed it over Jordan Pickford, for me that shows you a striker who is playing at his full power and playing with so much confidence.”
Forest must get Chris Wood tied to a new contract
Talks are underway between Forest and Wood over a new deal and a resolution needs to be struck pretty quickly.
The player has proved a brilliant signing for the Reds and it’s no surprise that Eddie Howe praised Wood when he left Newcastle.
Wood has proved everyone wrong and given his goalscoring exploits, Forest simply cannot let him walk away for free in the summer.
Although Wood is 33-years-old, he’s still in fine form and that in itself should lead to Forest doing whatever it takes to get him to stay at the club beyond the end of this season.
