Nottingham Forest News have now received some information on whether Douglas Luiz is a genuine target for the club during the January transfer window.

With Forest flying in the Premier League, the links are coming thick and fast with Evangelos Marinakis likely to be preparing some swoops to bolster the squad this month.
One name linked with Forest has been Douglas Luiz. The player only moved to Juventus in the summer but having played just nine times this season a return to the Premier League might be on the cards.
Nottingham Forest don’t want another midfielder
For those fans considering saving their Christmas money to get Luiz’s name and new Forest number on the back of their new jersey, it could be bad news.
Graeme Bailey has exclusively told Nottingham Forest News that a midfielder is very unlikely to be in the sights of the club this month, with another area being linked up for reinforcements.
He told us: “I’ve not been told directly about Luiz but I’ve been told that Forest aren’t actively looking for a midfielder this month. A striker is most likely, but only if the right deal comes up.”
Luiz was a revelation for Aston Villa last season, scoring 10 goals and claiming 10 assists as the West Midlands-based club reached the Champions League.
