Nuno Espirito Santo will currently be enjoying a holiday, whilst some of his players remain in action on the international stage.
Morgan Gibbs-White played for England in midweek, whilst Elliot Anderson is currently with the under-21s as they prepare for the European Championship, which gets underway today.
Several stars have been away, with Chris Wood, Nikola Milenkovic and Ramon Sosa all jetting off to do their bit for their respective countries.
Neco Williams got injured for Wales earlier this week, and the hope will be that he can shake that one off and be fit for pre-season with Espirito Santo’s team.

Ibrahim Sangare sends message to Nuno Espirito Santo on international duty
Whilst some fans are warming to Sangare, others just can’t seem to get their head around what he brings to the Forest team, and that’s a shame.
Sangare started and finished the season in fine form after earning a chance to start in the final four games of the campaign.
Now, he’s been handed a chance to get some more minutes under his belt for the Ivory Coast, and it’s fair to say that he didn’t disappoint.
Sangare was in action as his country defeated Canada 5-4 on penalties after the two teams had played out a goalless draw.
| Ibrahim Sangare stats vs Canada | Total |
| Minutes | 77 |
| Pass Accuracy | 83% |
| Ground Duels Won | 13 |
| Tackles | 9 |
| Interceptions | 3 |
Ibrahim Sangare can be a big player next season for Forest
With European football on the cards for Forest in 2025/26, experience of that type of game will definitely be needed, and Sangare can bring that to the table.
He experienced big European nights with PSV before his £30 million move to Forest and that should put Sangare in good stead.
Based on what he’s achieved with the club so far, it’s unlikely Forest would recoup £30 million from another club for his services, and he’s showcased that he’s very capable on his day.
This performance was a statement from Sangare, and if Espirito Santo is keeping a watchful eye on his players from his sun lounger, he will have been seriously impressed with this latest Sangare display.
