Dan Ndoye has said yes to the proposal offered to him by Nottingham Forest, with talks now ongoing between the Reds and Bologna.

Ndoye has been identified as the winger to replace Anthony Elanga, who joined Newcastle earlier this month in a deal worth around £60 million.

Morgan Gibbs-White could also sign for Tottenham during the summer transfer window and it’s fair to say that Forest are in need of some new players before the season gets underway.

Ndoye has been the subject of a bid from Forest and now it would appear that negotiations are progressing between the clubs over a summer deal.

Yesterday, Ndoye went off injured during a friendly match, much to the dismay of Forest fans and now the player has delivered his verdict on the situation.

Dan Ndoye posts message on Instagram after picking up injury

The 24-year-old walked off the field of play after just four minutes against the lower league opposition but it would appear that he’s okay.

With Forest making a bid for Ndoye after the player agreed on personal terms, the winger has posted a message on Instagram regarding his injury.

He said: “Nothing serious, thanks for the messages.”

Ndoye also posted a strong emoji and an emoji of an egg timer, which does make the post feel a little bit cryptic.

Forest need to get moving with Ndoye

The wide areas of the pitch need sorting pretty quickly and hopefully, Forest can receive a breakthrough with this one.

Napoli also want the player and given that they will be playing in the Champions League, Forest need to get snappy with this one.

Forest fans are desperate for a lift on the player front, with all of the main transfer news so far this summer involving players leaving the football club.

It’s great to hear that Ndoye doesn’t have anything serious wrong with him and now it’s up to the club to negotiate a deal for the player to move to the club.
