Nottingham Forest are now keen to get their squad finalised ahead of the manic transfer deadline day, which takes place on Monday.
It wouldn’t be uncommon for Forest to leave stuff until the last minute but with the Reds in action against West Ham on Sunday, the club are trying to get sorted out.
Victor Kristiansen is being eyed by Forest for the left-back spot and a whole host of right-backs have been mentioned with a possible move to the City Ground this summer.
Nuno Espirito Santo wants at least three new players before the deadline, with both full-back positions and a goalkeeper the order of the day.
Now, a new right-back is appearing to be an emergency requirement, with one player continuing to pop up in various reports when it comes to Forest being interested.

Jose Angel Carmona could be convinced by Forest
According to Spanish outlet ABC, Carmona hasn’t completely ruled out the possibility of signing for Forest just yet.
It was previously claimed that Carmona had rejected Forest but now it would appear that he’s still unsure over whether to accept their advances or not.
The 23-year-old was the one who stalled the deal in the first instance, despite the fact that Sevilla were happy to sanction a sale of the player to Forest.
Carmona has made 55 appearances for the La Liga outfit and has experience of playing in the Champions League, which could benefit Forest in Europe this season.
It was claimed that Forest were keen to offer David Carmo as bait for Carmona and it remains to be seen whether that type of deal is still a possibility.
Carmona would be quality Forest signing
This does feel like a signing that would go a long way towards fulfilling a requirement for a new right-back to act as an understudy to Ola Aina.
Arguably, the right-back spot is more important than the left-back, with Aina set to miss six weeks of the Premier League campaign when the African Cup of Nations gets underway.
Carmona has made three appearances for the Spain under-21 side and it’s at least positive that he hasn’t completely rejected the advances from Sevilla just yet.
Forest need to get the right-back position resolved very quickly and if Carmona does say yes to the Reds, this one could be pushed through very quickly.
