Nottingham Forest face Real Betis in the Europa League tonight.

Nottingham Forest fans have flocked to Seville in numbers to see their team play in Europe for the first time this century.

The Opta supercomputer has predicted Forest to beat Betis, with Ange Postecoglou picking up his first victory in charge.

Before the monumental clash, Forest fans were left blown away by one unbelievable gesture from club co-owner Sokratis Kominakis.

A group of Forest fans were pictured with co-owner Sokratis Kominakis in Seville ahead of the Europa League clash against Real Betis.

One fan claimed Sokratis bought them all a pint and paid a hefty bar tab as a show of appreciation.

“Us Forest fans in Seville with Sokratis who owns 20% of Forest and partners with Marinakis! He bought us all a pint. Also, he’s just paid the 800 euro bar tab.”

The official Nottingham Forest X account responded to the post and said: “What it means to be together as one family.”

Great to see unity at Nottingham Forest

It’s been a pretty chaotic season at Nottingham Forest, with the Nuno Espirito Santo and Edu saga not the best look.

But moments like this show there’s a lot of unity around the club and the connection with the ownership and fans is very strong.

When Ange Postecoglou was appointed, Evangelos Marinakis reiterated his desire to bring silverware to the City Ground.

“After gaining promotion to the Premier League, then building consistently season after season to secure European football, we now must take the right step to compete with the very best and challenge for trophies.

“Ange has the credentials and the track-record to do this, and we are excited he is joining us on our ambitious journey.”

There could be plenty of memorable moments on the horizon for Forest supporters.
