Nottingham Forest had a disappointing Saturday as they fell to a 1-0 defeat against Sunderland at home.
A first-half goal from Omar Alderete, albeit through controversial circumstances, was all that could separate the sides as Ange Postecoglou still searches for his first win.
Andy Reid was left in disbelief surrounding the decision that led to the goal, but in truth, Forest were not great in the opening 45 minutes.
The second half was much improved, but the Tricky Trees were unable to find that clinical edge in front of goal.
Now, the opposition’s goalkeeper has said something a little concerning.

Sunderland’s Robin Roefs says he didn’t feel like Nottingham Forest would score
Nottingham Forest were no doubt the favourites heading into Saturday’s game, but they certainly did not play like it.
Members of Sunderland’s squad were speaking after the game via Sky Sports, and goalkeeper Robin Roefs made a pretty damning claim about Forest’s performance.
The goalkeeper said, “To be honest with you, I didn’t really feel like they were going to score even if we played for one hour more. So many balls came in the box and the guys fought for every ball and did so well.”

It is a pretty damning claim considering that Ange Postecoglou’s style is built around high-tempo attacking football.
Forest did not create many chances, with Chris Wood coming closest with a couple of chances in the final ten minutes.
Additionally, the attacking players did not trouble the Sunderland defence, and the better chances arrived when Omari Hutchinson entered the fray.
Sunderland were always going to be difficult to score against
Unfortunately for Nottingham Forest, they came up against a defence that has started the season strong.
The Northern side have kept three clean sheets from six games, including vs Forest, and have only conceded 4 goals.
The defence proved too much for the home side on the day, even with the depth of attacking talent the Tricky Trees possess.
Omari Hutchinson was a bright spark after coming on, and perhaps he has forced his way into starting their next game.
They return to the City Ground on Thursday to face FC Midtjylland in European action.
Hutchinson is ineligible to play after being excluded from the Europa League squad, but his eyes will be firmly focused on making the team against Newcastle next Sunday.
