Nottingham Forest are taking on Brighton this afternoon, looking to continue some impressive form under Sean Dyche.

Morgan Gibbs-White inspired a win over Liverpool at Anfield last weekend, and in midweek, the Reds managed to come through against Malmo in the Europa League.

Forest will want to keep pulling clear of the relegation zone after escaping the bottom three following last weekend’s stunning Anfield showing.

Brighton are in decent form themselves, however, and today will certainly provide Forest with their toughest test for a few weeks.

Dyche has some selection issues to crack for the visit from the Seagulls, and here is how we think we might line up today.

Nottingham Forest predicted team to play Brighton

The Forest rearguard

Matz Sels should return between the posts for this one, following his clean sheet against Liverpool last weekend.

Both full-backs were rested against Malmö, but Neco Williams and Nicolo Savona will both be reinstated to Dyche’s starting eleven to play Brighton.

At centre-back, it looks as though Murillo will be fit enough to partner Nikola Milenkovic at the heart of the back four.

The Forest engine room

Elliot Anderson was a substitute against Malmö, but he will return to the starting eleven today, with Ibrahim Sangare also likely to keep his place.

Ryan Yates was in fine form against the Swedish outfit on Thursday, but both he and Nicolas Dominguez could drop back to the bench for this one.

Leading the Forest line

With Chris Wood still injured at the moment, the weight of responsibility will likely fall on the shoulders of Igor Jesus.

Gibbs-White has been recovering well from a back injury sustained against Liverpool and could return to action against Brighton in the number 10 role.

Dan Ndoye was energetic at Anfield and should keep his place in the team, with Callum Hudson-Odoi getting a start after recovering well from injury.
